MEDSEA is officially a member of the Med Sea Alliance!
The Alliance is a coalition of associations and NGOs working together to protect and restore the Mediterranean Sea through coordinated actions.
MEDSEA’s commitment
[Text Wrapping Break] By joining the Alliance, MEDSEA becomes part of a growing network working to:
- protect critical marine habitats
- support small-scale and responsible fisheries
- tackle illegal and destructive practices
- promote evidence-based marine policies
This step strengthens the Foundation’s shared commitment to move marine conservation beyond isolated initiatives, toward coordinated, science-based action across the Mediterranean.
Restoring the Mediterranean is not a single project. It is a collective effort that requires consistency, collaboration, and long-term commitment.
Together with the other members, we aim to contribute to strengthening the Alliance’s work on habitat restoration, combating illegal fishing, and addressing the many threats currently affecting the Mediterranean Sea.
